Brandy Is Being Sued Again?!

Brandy is being sued again for her involvement in the 2006 accident that killed a woman. A man injured in the multi car pile up has filed suit against Brandy and the family of the deceased woman for personal injury and negligence.

According to Yahoo.com, the suit was on filed Dec. 8th in Los Angeles Superior Court and a copy of which was obtained by E! News, plaintiff Donald Lite alleges he sustained "serious and permanent injuries" as a result of excessive speed on the part of Brandy and Awatef Aboudihaj and their failure to properly maintain a safe distance from each other. If everyone remembers, Brandy's 2007 Range Rover collided with a vehicle driven by the 38-year-old Aboudihaj, a wife and mother of two. She, in turn, smashed into a 1989 Toyota Tercel driven by the 82-year-old [Donald Lite], while a fourth car broadsided Aboudihaj. Aboudihaj died the following day as the result of major blunt force trauma. In 2007, Brandy was cleared of all charges due to a lack of evidence. I hope it all works out for Brandy!

Although the video treatment features a man/woman romance, Brandy says the song was actually written for her daughter, Sy'rai [whom she hasn't seen much of since she's been on the road promoting the album]. Musician Prince Is Sued By Perfume Maker?!

A perfume company that went into business with musician Prince to make a "3121" fragrance -- named after his 2006 album -- sued Prince on Monday for $100,000 for failing to help promote the perfume. According to the lawsuit, filed in New York State Supreme Court, Prince and his music publisher Universal Music Publishing Group reached a licensing agreement with perfume company Revelations in December 2006 to use Prince's name and likeness and the name "3121" to market two fragrances. The first fragrance was released in 2007 and a second is due out in 2009, the lawsuit said. According to the agreement, Universal would earn 50 percent of the net profits from the sale of the fragrances. In exchange the label would arrange the cooperation of Prince for marketing opportunities, the lawsuit said.

"Since July 2007, despite repeated attempts by Revelations there have been virtually no communications from anyone who could commit to or coordinate any promotional efforts by Prince," the breach of contract lawsuit said. Representatives for Prince, who has released 29 albums since 1978, were not immediately available for comment. "Although we have not seen the complaint, we are familiar with the claims being asserted by Revelations, and they are completely without merit," Universal Music Publishing Group, which was also named in the lawsuit, said in a statement. The music company is owned by French media and telecoms conglomerate Vivendi.

Rihanna Suffers A Dizzy Spell; Runs Off Stage Clutching Her Stomach During Performance?!

Rihanna scared fans at a Thursday night concert in Sydney, Australia after running off stage in apparent physical pain in the middle of her finale. Her rep, Amanda Silverman, says the singer is doing fine now and was to resume her tour schedule on the continent. According to reports, paramedics were rushed to Acer Arena to treat the pop star, who had just been lowered down to the stage by a harness and joined by her boyfriend Chris Brown for their remix of "Umbrella." Rihanna periodically held her stomach during the song before suddenly doubling over and bolting off-stage, still clutching her abdomen. Brown was forced to complete the show's finale alone. "It was very hot at the venue, so after Rihanna's set was over, she went off stage and needed to sit down, catch her breath and have some water," Silverman explained. "She is perfectly healthy and will be at her show tomorrow."

Slip-N-Slide Records Turns 15!

The month of December marks the 15th anniversary of Slip-N-Slide Records. The label is home to some of Hip-Hop's best rappers, including Plies, Trick Daddy, Trina and Rick Ross. Founder Ted Lucas said, "I feel privileged to continue impacting people’s lives through music 15 years later. We will continue to expand Slip-N-Slide Records in a major way and finish the year off right with Plies’ third album, 'Da REAList.'”

R&B star Keyshia Cole is returning on two fronts – her new CD 'A Different Me,' is due December 16th via Imani/Geffen/Interscope, and her BET reality show, 'Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is' begins its third season tonight at 10pm. The singer says that her new album marks a fork in the road. "The first two albums were more ... painful," she says. "It's a different me this time: a young woman who's still growing and finding myself, exploring life through different routes musically and in other areas. I wrote more about other people's situations than my own. I'm moving forward." 'A Different Me' features Cole collaborating with Polow Da Don, the Runners, Neffu, Kwame, Orthodox & Ransom and the Trackmasters. Tracks include the lead single "Playa Cardz Right," featuring a posthumous Tupac Shakur; "Trust," featuring real-life friend Monica, and the Polow Da Don-produced "Make Me Over." Cole further hones her ballad skills on the track "You Complete Me" and flashes a sultry side on a cover of R. Kelly's 1992 No. 1 R&B hit, "Honey Love."

As part of a 360 deal she recently inked with Interscope, Cole is developing a movie based on her life. A screenwriter has been hired to go on the road with the artist in 2009 to begin developing the script. Meanwhile, the new season of BET's 'Keyshia Cole: The Way It Is' finds the family making progress and discovering their own personal paths. Frankie, Neffie and Keyshia attempt to truly step above their past hurts. During the process, Keyshia finds herself on the road to becoming the woman she is destined to be, leading her family and her business toward success. This new direction also opens Keyshia's heart and she is finally ready to allow herself to find love once again.

Plies Reveals 'Da REAList' Track List!

Florida superstar Plies recently announced his plans to release his third studio album, 'Da REAList,' rumored to be released in stores and online on December 16th. If so, the project would be the rapper's second project this year, and third in two years, behind the gold 'Definition of Real,' which dropped in spring.

Beyoncé insists she never would have considered selling photos of her hush-hush wedding to Jay-Z to a glossy celebrity magazine. Still, the singer acknowledges that she was amazed at the amount of money that was offered. "Now, they offer crazy money that's just ridiculous," she said in a recent interview, laughing. "But in the end, absolutely not. It's so not worth it. If anything, if you wanna put something out, then put it out, not for the money." Beyoncé -- whose new album, "I AM ... SASHA FIERCE," is due next Tuesday -- married Jay-Z on April 4th [this year] in an intimate ceremony in New York. "We worked really hard at keeping it private," she said. I had seen the interview with Bow Wow and Omarion and he has like roasting them or whatever and it turned out to be bad. I was like, I’m straight, I don’t want to do an interview with you. Then, my management was like if he’s good we can do an interview with him…for promotion or whatever…I was just joking. Most of the questions he was asking me wasn’t making no sense. Like, he was asking me how I wanted to die and asking me all these questions so I thought he was joking with me. I didn’t really take it seriously. Katt Williams Arrested In NYC On Gun Charges?!

Katt Williams has "effed up" once again…..

According to the New York Daily News, Williams and ten members of his crew were taken in on weapons charges Thursday morning after police noticed three visible guns in his Cadillac Escalade, which was missing a license plate, in Midtown Manhattan. Originally scheduled to perform that evening at Carnegie Hall, Katt spent 18 hours behind bars before being released on a $25,000 bond. The comedian rushed to the stage nearly an hour later with an apology to fans. “I’m not moving at my usual pace,” he reportedly told the packed crowd. “I just got out of jail 35 minutes ago.”
